Return Policy

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item.

If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item. You are allowed to return the item back to us for warranty. 

However it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping and handling expenses for the return of the defective or wrong item. 

Technically in the event of a return of an item, we will charge the customer 10% of the net value of the item to be returned. This will allow us to cover for processing and handling expenses to process the return of your item.

When your return request is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label from Bokwa Enterprises, or you’ll be asked to purchase another item from us in replacement of the item under complaint. Who covers the shipping costs depends on why you're returning it.

 

Bokwa IT Return Policy

Items shipped from Bokwa IT can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Bokwa IT Global Store Return Policy

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Bokwa IT will automatically refund up to P200 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed P200, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
