Through various suppliers, we warrant that any Goods supplied will be new, unused, and are of the most recent or current models as at the time of supply. This warranty shall remain valid for at least 1 year onsite warranty commencing on the date on which all goods have been delivered to, installed and commissioned and accepted by the Client.

The Purchaser shall promptly notify us in writing of any claims arising under this warranty. Upon receipt of such notice, our sales staff shall escalate the concern to the rightful supplier, within the period of not more than five (5) days and with all reasonable speed, repair or replace the defective goods or parts thereof, without costs to the purchaser.

Having been notified, if we fail to remedy the defect(s) within the period specified in the clause above, the Purchaser may proceed to take such remedial action as may be necessary, at our risk and expense without prejudice to any other rights which the Purchaser may have against us under the Contract, or the manufacture under warranty.

Our in-house team will replace or repair free of charge, any defects that occur in the equipment, material or workmanship during the stated warranty period. Repairs will be carried out within 5 working days of receipt of the defective equipment or within 5 working days of notification of a defect in the equipment, workmanship or materials.

We will, if requested, provide both operational and technical on-site support, until the end-users have acquired the necessary skills. We will provide support for operational and technical problems as well as support for future enhancements.
